high quality clutch kit , exactly as described , every part you need is included , I had access to a A/C machine so for me much easier to remove compressor and install on bench.... steps as follows ....1) remove freon2) remove electric fan assy. for better access to compressor, 2 bolts 1 electric connector lift out fan assy3) remove serpentine belt from compressor 19mm bolt on tensioner.4) remove A/C line undo clutch coil wiring connector remove 3 bolts holding compressor to engine lift out compressor5) remove front T30 bolt on clutch , work front clutch cover off splined shaft mine had 1 factory shim/washer6) remove snap ring holding clutch pulley i needed some penetrate oil to ease removal from clutch coil rubber mallet bumped it off7) remove second snap ring holding clutch coil & lift off ( note never remove the snap ring on front splined shaft )I cleaned everything make sure snap ring grooves are clean i applied some anti seize to compressor to ease install of new parts , reverse order you removed everything ,set clutch air gap per instruction sheet that comes with the kit mine needed one shim 3 are included with kit , replace 1.40 lbs. freon , it took about 1 1/2 hours i saved at least $200 over a complete compressor replace, works perfect A/C blows cold again...
